Role Overview CodeNinja is building a strong AWS Cloud & AI practice, and we are looking for an AWS Cloud & AI Practice Lead who will design, deploy, and operate scalable AWS platforms, implement DevOps best practices, enable AI/ML workloads on AWS and mentor existing team.
This role is primarily Cloud & AI-focused , with exposure to AWS services.
Key Responsibilities Design and manage secure, scalable AWS cloud infrastructure Implement DevOps and CI/CD pipelines using Terraform/CloudFormation Build and operate cloud-native services using EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda Manage AWS networking, IAM, security, monitoring, and cost optimization Support cloud migration and modernization projects Enable AI/ML and GenAI workloads (SageMaker, Bedrock) from an infrastructure perspective presales activities , PoCs, and technical Contribute to AWS Partner accreditation and scorecard requirements Create reusable cloud architectures, templates, and documentation Provident Fund Gym Membership Leaves as per the company policy Company-paid trips Easy Loan Facility for Employees Yearly increment Maternity Benefits (Leaves & WFH) Health Insurance (Maternity covered) – includes spouse and parents (till age 80) Required Skills & Experience 4+ years of hands-on experience with AWS Cloud & DevOps Strong experience with: -EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda -VPC, IAM, Route53, Load Balancers -RDS, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, S3 -Infrastructure as Code: Terraform / CloudFormation -CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline) -Docker & Kubernetes experience -Monitoring & logging using CloudWatch -Scripting in Python or Bash   AI / ML (Nice-to-Have) -Working knowledge of AWS AI/ML services , including: -Amazon SageMaker (training jobs, endpoints, model deployment) -Amazon Bedrock (foundation models, GenAI application enablement) -Experience enabling AI/ML workloads from an infrastructure and DevOps perspective , including: -Secure networking, IAM roles, and access control for ML services -CI/CD pipelines for model build and deployment -Monitoring and logging for ML inference workloads -Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures: -Vector stores such as OpenSearch, FAISS, Pinecone, or Chroma -Integration of LLMs with enterprise data sources -Experience deploying API-driven AI services (e.
