The role


We are looking for a Computer Operator for a Roads and Highways project based in Wadh Khuzdar, Balochistan, Pakistan. The candidate must have experience in office administration, typing, and data entry, ensuring accuracy and timely management of project documents and records.


  • Assist in drafting, preparing reports, and other office-related tasks as required.
  • Perform accurate and efficient typing and data entry.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date project records, files, and documentation.
  • Support the Resident Engineer with administrative and technical tasks.
  • Perform duties as assigned by the Resident Engineer.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain high attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with team members to streamline office processes and improve documentation efficiency.
  • Assist in formatting and preparing presentations, spreadsheets, and other technical documents.

With a track record of achievement in a related role, you will have gained your experience in a consultancy environment and have a passion for building trusted relationships to drive positive change and win new work.


Suitable applicants will have/be:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree with relevant computer or IT certifications.
  • Minimum 5 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years in office management, typing (minimum 30 words per minute), and document handling.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and document preparation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Good organizational and communication skills to support office operations.
