Position Overview: As a CRM Manager at [Company Name], you will be responsible for managing our customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure that our business development team has accurate and timely information at their fingertips. You will play a crucial role in the ongoing development, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM strategies. The CRM Manager will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service departments to ensure that the CRM system provides effective solutions to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, manage, and enhance the CRM system to ensure optimal performance and usage.
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the CRM data through regular audits and cleansing.
- Provide training and support to users on how to effectively use the CRM tools and features.
- Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to ensure CRM functionality aligns with business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies for increasing user adoption and satisfaction.
- Generate and analyze reports to monitor CRM usage and effectiveness, making recommendations for improvements.
- Work with the marketing team to integrate marketing automation and lead nurturing processes with the CRM.
- Ensure CRM practices comply with data protection laws and company policies.
- Manage CRM-related projects from conception to implementation, including integration with other systems.
RequirementsQualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a CRM Manager or similar role, preferably in a business development or sales environment.
- Strong understanding of CRM software, ideally with certifications in CRM platforms (e.g., Odoo, HubSpot, Zoho Bigin).
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations relevant to CRM usage.
