About Pavago
Pavago is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms. This role focuses on achieving measurable results through strategic Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Email Marketing and data-driven reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Google Ads Management:
- Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve performance goals (CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.).
- Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and perform A/B testing to improve campaign outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze ad performance to provide actionable insights.
- Debug and troubleshoot GTM configurations to maintain functionality.
- Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to deploy advanced tracking solutions.
Google Analytics
- Set up and maintain Google Analytics properties, dashboards, and reports.
- Analyze website and campaign performance metrics to generate actionable insights.
- Implement custom event tracking and goal configurations to support marketing strategies.
Email Marketing:
- Design and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation workflows, and A/B testing.
- Utilize email marketing tools to create targeted, high-converting campaigns.
- Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Social Media Ads:
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Conduct audience segmentation and targeting to maximize ad reach and effectiveness.
- Test creative strategies and ad formats to identify high-performing combinations.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROI) and generate actionable insights.
What will your typical day look like?
On a typical day, you will begin by analyzing campaign and website performance metrics, identifying trends, and drafting optimization plans. You'll work on Google Ads, Social Media Ads and Email Marketing. You’ll coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage tracking setups and advanced analytics. Additionally, you will engage with social media content scheduling and audience engagement, ending the day by compiling reports on campaign effectiveness and brainstorming future improvements.
Required Skills & Experiences:
- Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, including Google Ads, GTM, Google Analytics, Social Media Ads and Email Marketing.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to create, interpret, and present data-driven insights.
- Writing Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication for ad copy and content creation.
