What You'll Do
- Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for enterprise applications (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CRM, ERP, Finance, CX).
- Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and performance testing to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Develop, maintain, and scale automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Partner with developers and product owners to clarify requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure "shift-left" quality.
- Identify, log, and track defects through resolution, collaborating with engineering and QA leads.
- Contribute to continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring automated test coverage.
- Support release readiness by providing clear defect reports, quality metrics, and risk assessments.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) as part of a global, cross-functional team.

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate
- 3-6 years of experience in Quality Engineering/Testing in enterprise IT or SaaS applications.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and software testing life cycle (STLC).
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or ERP systems.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit, etc.).
- Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and database validation (SQL).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
- Exposure/experience with automating test cases and test executions, and with AI is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a distributed team.
