About the role

As an ERP Consultant, you'll be providing an expert guidance and support for Oracle Financials Cloud modules, including GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets. You'll be collaborating with the stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into system configurations, ensuring thorough documentation. Resolving user queries promptly, support UAT, and deliver training to enhance system adoption. Will be assisting in generating reports for informed decision-making.

Job Responsibilities:

• Functional Expertise & Support: Offer expert-level support and guidance for Oracle Financials Cloud modules, including General Ledger (GL), Cash Management, Accounts Payables (AP), Accounts Receivables (AR), and Fixed Assets.
• Business Requirement Analysis: Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle Financials configurations.
• Configuration & Documentation: Configure Oracle Financials Cloud applications to meet business needs, ensuring all configurations are properly documented.
• Issue Resolution: Provide timely resolutions to support tickets and queries from end users to ensure smooth operations.
• Reporting & Analysis: Help generate financial and operational reports using Oracle's reporting tools to support decision-making processes.
• System Testing & Training: Support system testing, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and assist with user training and post-implementation activities to ensure effective system adoption.

You must have

• A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Financials Cloud applications, including implementation and support.
• Proven experience customizing Subledger Accounting (SLA) and performing testing within Oracle Cloud Sandboxes.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with Oracle tools, such as OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and FRS (Financial Reporting Studio).
• ACCA certification or a masters degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Bonus Points if you have

In-depth knowledge of financial processes and Oracle Financials Cloud
functionalities.
