Position: Finance Manager
Location: I-9/2, Islamabad, Pakistan
Job Type: Full-Time
Timings: 2 PM – 11 PM Pakistan Standard Time
Job Overview
VASL is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and build strong relationships with international clients. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of global financial standards and exceptional client-facing skills. The Finance Manager will serve as the key liaison between VASL and its clients, ensuring financial strategies and operations align with client needs while upholding compliance and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Client-Facing Responsibilities:
    •    Act as the primary financial advisor and point of contact for international clients.
    •    Deliver high-quality financial reports, analysis, and insights tailored to client-specific needs.
    •    Address client inquiries and resolve financial issues promptly and professionally.
Financial Operations:
    •    Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial controls for both internal and client accounts.
    •    Prepare accurate financial statements in compliance with IFRS and US GAAP.
    •    Monitor and manage client account performance, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and deliverables.
Compliance & Reporting:
    •    Ensure compliance with local and international tax and regulatory requirements.
    •    Coordinate with auditors to meet both internal and client-specific audit needs.
Leadership & Collaboration:
    •    Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to meet client expectations.
    •    Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and enhance client satisfaction.
Process Improvement:
    •    Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
    •    Implement best practices in financial management for internal operations and client accounts.
Qualification: ACCA, ICMA, CA (Finalist or Qualified), MBA Finance, or equivalent.
Experience: 5+ years in financial management, with at least 2 years in client-facing roles. Experience working with international clients is highly preferred.

Technical Skills:
    •    Proficiency in Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools.
    •    Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and tax regulations.

Soft Skills:
    •    Strong communication and presentation skills to interact with clients effectively.
    •    Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
    •    Leadership skills to manage teams and ensure smooth client operations.
