Job Summary: As the Financial Controller at Creative Chaos, you will oversee all financial aspects of the organization, ensuring the accuracy of financial reports, compliance with regulations, and the implementation of sound financial strategies.
Your leadership will be vital in guiding our finance team and supporting the company's growth objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities: Financial Reporting: Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring alignment with company goals and monitoring variances.
Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide strategic insights to senior management.
Risk Management: Manage financial risks by ensuring compliance with legal requirements and implementing internal controls.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations and strategic initiatives.
External Relations: Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and facilitate reporting processes.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement financial processes and systems improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
Paid Time Off Health Insurance OPD Training and Development Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; a Master's degree or CPA is preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems (such as QuickBooks, Oracle, or SAP).
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including executives and external partners.
