About the Role

Our Client is looking for a skilled and passionate Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is equally strong in backend and frontend development, with a proven track record of building scalable, maintainable, and high-performance web applications.

Youll be working with Python/Django on the backend and React.js/Next.js with Tailwind CSS on the frontend to deliver high-quality digital products. Experience with DevOps and modern deployment practices will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using Django and React/Next.js

  
  

• Implement and manage RESTful APIs and backend logic

  
  

• Build responsive, performant, and visually appealing UI components using Tailwind, HTML, and CSS

  
  

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

  
  

• Optimize application performance and scalability

  
  

• Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve code quality

  
  
• (Bonus) Contribute to DevOps and infrastructure tasks (Docker, Nginx, CI/CD, AWS, etc.)

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer

  
  

• Strong command of Python and Django

  
  

• Expertise in React.js and Next.js frameworks

  
  

• Proficiency in Tailwind CSS, HTML, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)

  
  

• Solid understanding of frontend-backend integration and API design

  
  

• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases

  
  

• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows

  
  

• Ability to work onsite with the team at our Lahore office

  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with DevOps tools and practices (Docker, CI/CD, AWS, Nginx)
• Understanding of web security, scalability, and performance optimization.

Work Timings : 11:00 am to 8:00 pm

Work Days: Monday to Friday
