Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team by driving and managing the pre-sales process, designing and presenting solutions to prospective clients, and ensuring that the technical features of the solution meet customer requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of cloud-based ERP systems and be able to articulate the value proposition of Oracle Fusion and SAP Cloud products in relation to business challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions using Oracle Fusion and SAP Cloud technologies.
- Design, demonstrate, and present Oracle Fusion and SAP Cloud solutions to prospective clients.
- Customize presentations and demonstrations based on customer requirements and industry use cases.
- Provide technical expertise during the sales process by answering technical questions and addressing concerns related to Oracle Fusion and SAP Cloud.
- Analyze and map customer requirements to Oracle Fusion and SAP Cloud functionalities to ensure the proposed solution aligns with their needs.
- Assist in developing detailed technical proposals and tender responses, ensuring the proposed solutions meet the client’s technical and business requirements.
- Work closely with the product and delivery teams to ensure the technical aspects of the proposal are feasible and executable.
- Engage with customers to understand their current technology stack, pain points, and objectives, guiding them in choosing the appropriate Oracle Fusion and SAP Cloud solutions.
- Conduct workshops, webinars, and discussions with potential clients to showcase product capabilities and benefits.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, updates, and best practices in Oracle Fusion, SAP Cloud, and cloud ERP solutions.
- Provide feedback to the sales and product teams on customer needs and industry trends to shape future offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, product development, and implementation teams to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to delivery.
- Participate in post-sales engagements to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Train and enable the sales team on Oracle Fusion and SAP Cloud offerings, ensuring they can effectively communicate the value and competitive advantages of these solutions.
