Job Description

The Graduate Trainee will support the Third-Party Security Risk (TPSR) team in assessing and managing security risks associated with vendors and service providers. This role provides hands-on exposure to vendor risk management, security due diligence, and risk treatment processes, ensuring compliance with Invesco’s Vendor Relationship Management (VRM) Policy and Third-Party Security Risk Program.


  • Assist in triaging third-party service requests and determining inherent risk ratings using the TPSR scoring model.


  • Support security due diligence activities by reviewing vendor documentation and ensuring completeness.


  • Help maintain records of assessments, risk treatment plans, and compliance status.


  • Collaborate with Vendor Relationship Owners (VROs) to track security risk assessments and remediation actions.


  • Participate in periodic reassessments and monitor material changes in third-party services.


  • Prepare reports and dashboards for Global Security management on third-party risk metrics.


  • Stay informed on security, privacy, and business continuity requirements for third-party engagements.


  • Provide administrative support for meetings, workshops, and training sessions
