Job Description

Position HR Administrators
Location Karachi Office and Reko Diq SITE - Balochistan
Qualification
  • High School Diploma; preferably Bachelors
  • Computer literacy – Microsoft Office suite required 

Experience
  • 0-1 year experience

Requirements
  • Strong administration and organization skills;
  • Communication skills – verbal and written; 
  • Attention to detail for record keeping and compliance
  • Analytical and problem solving skills would be advantageous;

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records e.g. personal information, employee contracts, performance reviews etc.
  • Ensuring compliance with data privacy laws;
  • Timely documentation of new hires, terminations, promotions and other employee life cycle events;
  • Compliance and policy administration: 
  • Ensure the organization complies with labor laws, workplace safety regulations and other employment related legal requirements;
  • Administering company policies and procedures and communicating changes effectively;
  • Providing input on internal audits to verify compliance with HR standards and legal obligations; 
  • Payroll & Benefits administration: 
  • Assisting with payroll preparation, including attendance verification, submitting information about deductions;
  • Administering employee benefits programs e.g. insurance, gratuity and leave entitlements;
  • Addressing and resolving employee concerns related to compensation administration; 
  • Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits and grievances;
  • Supporting employee engagement activities such as surveys;
  • Addressing employee concerns and escalating issues to senior HR management when necessary; 
  • Maintain employee information on HR software systems e.g. Element & INX to ensure efficient data integrity; 
  • Ensure data security and integrity within the relevant HR systems 
  • Generate reports and analytics on HR metrics, including attrition rates and headcount;
  • Prepare regular reports for HR leadership on KPIs e.g. turnover, absenteeism and recruitment progress; 
  • Provide general administrative support for HR related functions;
