PakWheels.com is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team in hiring top talent across the organization. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about HR, enjoys people-focused work, and wants to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.


Responsibilities


  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles as per job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial HR calls to assess candidate interest and basic fit.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment system.
  • Support employer branding activities and outreach campaigns for job postings.
  • Assist in organizing recruitment drives, job fairs, and campus hiring activities.
  • Prepare recruitment reports, trackers, and documentation as required.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements


  • Completed a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment, HR operations, and people management.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and basic knowledge of job portals is a plus.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic skills in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data handling.
