Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee/Assistant Manager, Workforce Data Admin



This role is crucial in supporting the optimization of workforce performance through data update, data analysis, forecasting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workforce analytics, operational support, and collaboration across functions including payroll.



Responsibilities.



  1. BGC & Onboarding Process Management:



  • Supervise pre-joining formalities, including document collection, verification, and background check initiation.



  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal teams for pre-employment check status tracking, escalations, and closure.



  • Ensure onboarding platform updates (Oracle Taleo or similar) and Day 1 readiness, including employee ID creation and system access.



  • Ensure compliance with onboarding checklists, SLAs, and documentation standards.



  1. Data Handling and Validation:



  • Collect, validate, and manage large datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness.



  • Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and resolve discrepancies.



  • Manage changes to employee records across the employee lifecycle.



  • Track and resolve data discrepancies and errors by coordinating with HR, payroll, and IT teams.




  1. Employee Data Management & Governance:



  • Oversee and/or execute end-to-end employee master data administration (hires, personal data & organizational/job changes, positions, terminations, etc.) in HRIS platform.



  • Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy through validation and regular audit checks.



  • Act as a control point for high-risk or sensitive HR transactions and escalations.



  • Review bulk uploads and mass changes to employee data for compliance and accuracy.



  • Queue management - case triaging & closure.



  1. Process Ownership & SLA Management:



  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, internal controls, and standard operating procedures across the data administration lifecycle.



  • Support or lead operational planning for high-volume changes such as org-wide promotions, year-end reviews, or system migrations.



  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and internal data governance policies.



  • Maintain documentation for audit readiness and reporting purposes.



  1. Stakeholder Engagement:



  • Collaborate with HRBPs, payroll, onboarding, IT, and compliance
