Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across the assigned region. The role involves hands-on support, infrastructure management, vendor coordination, and ensuring information security while supporting organizational growth.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure smooth functioning of IT operations, including office networks, internet connectivity, devices, and computer systems.
  • Assist in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure to support current and future business needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets and inventory.
  • Plan and manage procurement of IT equipment; coordinate with local vendors, ISPs, and peripheral suppliers as required.
  • Work hands-on with the IT team to ensure uninterrupted operations and timely issue resolution.
  • Oversee and support timely resolution of IT support tickets raised by employees.
  • Monitor information security practices and assist in implementing and enforcing information security policies.
  • Build professional and empathetic relationships with internal teams while aligning IT support with organizational needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT support or infrastructure roles.
  • Strong understanding of networks, systems, hardware, and end-user support.
  • Experience managing vendors, ISPs, and IT procurement.
  • Knowledge of IT security best practices.
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work in an afternoon shift (12 PM onwards).
  • Willing to work for a full-time onsite position in Karachi (5 days a week).
