The role

We are seeking a Junior Engineer - Civil for our Hydropower Project based in KPK. This role focuses on project design, planning, estimation, scheduling and cost management tools. The ideal candidate will assist in the execution and quality assurance of civil engineering projects.

• Assist in the development and management of civil engineering tasks, ensuring compliance with project timelines and budgets.
• Engage in project design, planning, estimation, and scheduling using tools and other project management software.
• Perform Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) activities, maintaining adherence to engineering standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure the implementation of quality management systems throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support in project costing, progress tracking, and reporting to senior engineers and project management teams

With a track record of achievement in a related role, you will have gained your experience in a consultancy environment and have a passion for building trusted relationships to drive positive change and win new work.

Suitable applicants will have/be:

• Tertiary qualifications or a related discipline (e.g. B.Sc in Civil Engineering)
• Proven experience in QA/QC engineering roles within hydropower or related infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in project management and scheduling tools like Primavera.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
