Take over a key role as a Junior Product Manager inthe Product department and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success.
What we expect from you:
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and document detailed requirements
- Backlog Management: Assist in managing and prioritizing the product backlog based on business objectives and user needs
- User Insights: Identify user problems by reviewing session recordings and user feedback
- Market Analysis: Conduct product benchmarks to analyze market trends and competitor offerings
- Quality Assurance: Assist product managers with user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure product quality and readiness
- Documentation: Support the creation and maintenance of comprehensive product documentation
- Project Coordination: Effectively coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to meet deadlines
- Process Optimization: Help document standard operating procedures and best practices for product workflows
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Eager to learn, with a strong work ethic and adaptability to a fast-paced environment
- Prior internship experience in product management, software development, business analysis, or business intelligence is a plus
- Basic understanding of product development cycles and operational workflows
- Positive attitude and ability to contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture
