General Summary:
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to join the Windows Display Team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing display drivers and related software for Windows-based Snapdragon PCs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality display solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design and develop display drivers and related software for Windows-based Snapdragon devices.
· Debug and resolve complex issues.
· Optimize display performance and power consumption.
· Collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure seamless integration of display solutions.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in embedded systems development, with a focus on display technologies.
· Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with Windows display driver model (WDDM) and DirectX.
· Knowledge of display technologies such as DisplayPort and Image processing.
· Experience with hardware debuggers like Windbg and Trace.
