Responsibilities


The position entails overall leadership of sections related to administration of WCH building (COE area) including space management; facilitation to leadership, COE-WCH, and ensure support to the core group of COE.


Specifically, you will be responsible to:


•    Overall supervision of administrative and maintenance functions to ensure proper compliance of policies and smooth operations to facilitate core group of COE•    Ensure resource planning and control in terms of allocation of resources, criteria for distribution, analysis of consumption patterns and measures to control resource abuse•    Ensure that the space has been allocated as per the requirement of the COE group•    Ensure that all required facilities are being provided to the staff seated at COE area•    Provide support related to maintenance and repair of the building


•    Maintain strong liaison with relevant stakeholders to carry out required operations smoothly•    Spearhead all services related to leadership of COE and core group including travel arrangement, meeting requests and other assigned task


Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:


You should have:


  • Master’s degree in Business/Economics/Administrative Sciences
  • 6 to 8 years of work experience on administrative position preferably at upper management level in any Health Care Organization
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to describe complex ideas in clear and meaningful forms and to present data and information to various audiences.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively 
  • Resilience and ability to cope up with work pressure and stringent deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a professional, multi-disciplinary team as a group leader, facilitator, or participant.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to work under pressure with patience and poise.
