Manager DevOps & AI-Ops


Eligibility 


Qualification:


Minimum Bachelor’s preferably Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, from an HEC recognized institute/University, additionally any qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage.


Experience:


  • 5 - 10 years of Enterprise IT or Digital Transformation experience in a leadership role, within banking or financial services.

Skills Required:


  • Expertise in AI, RPA & Digital Delivery
  • Strong regulatory compliance knowledge (SBP, PCI-DSS, SWIFT CSP, ISO 27001)
  • Proficiency in AI OPS, modern monitoring tools, and DevOps environment
  • Vendor and contract management expertise
  • Hands-on experience in driving technology modernization initiatives within medium to large organizations

Responsibilities:


  • Supporting enterprise technology modernization and innovation initiatives aligned with business strategy.
  • Evaluating and piloting emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI, Blockchain) through POCs and partner engagements.
  • Driving AI-, RPA-, and AIOps-based automation to improve operational efficiency and resilience.
  • Enabling DevOps adoption, CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering practices while tracking delivery performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with SBP regulations, Shariah governance, and cybersecurity standards.
