We are hiring for one of our telecom clients, a leading organisation managing large-scale microwave networks, seeking experienced field engineers for installation, commissioning, and performance optimisation.
Electrical / Electronic or Telecom Engineer
Strong hands-on experience with Telecom Equipment RTN900/300 series and full outdoor installation & commissioning
Ability to monitor network performance, analyse transmission statistics, and implement necessary optimisations or improvements
Experience with U2000/NCE
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Microwave Delivery as a Field Engineer
Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
Ability to guide the field team in resolving microwave installation issues
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronics, or Computer Science
