  • Administering Cisco and Palo Alto-based network devices located globally.
  • Monitoring network performance to ensure high availability.
  • Regularly installing and updating network device software with the latest stable releases.
    Managing access controls as per business requirements and documenting all changes.
    Conducting continuous research on the latest technologies to improve the network infrastructure.
  • Collaborating with the team to identify and implement infrastructure improvements.
    Ensuring daily automated backups of all network devices.
    Maintaining detailed network documentation, including audit trails, processes, maintenance records, and diagrams.
  • Ensuring the timely completion of support tickets.

We are looking for


  • Education: BS/MS (CS, IT, SE, CE, EE)
  • Experience: 1-2 years

Skills


  • Flexible to work in a 24x7x365 environment.
  • Strong knowledge of computer networking principles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team to manage networks across remote locations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Tools


  • Strong knowledge of Cisco and Palo Alto network devices.
