  • Respond on user request queries. Time commitment Knowledge transfer to users.
  • Monitor Manage user query respectively on daily basis.
  • Troubleshoot computer laptop onsite within available resources.
  • Procure laptop equipment with good prices and timely availablity.
  • Necessarily check and maintenance of network and non-shared devices to evade any discontinuity of user task.
  • Search out new vendors for maintenance of miscellaneous IT purchases and repair with negotiation of payment terms as per our company.
  • Keep the inventory record update time to time in Hard Soft form and files management.
  • Maintain record as per compliance guidelines, process and filing system to ensure internal compliance audit is fully supported.

What we require:


Education: Bachelors CS 


Experience: 2-4 years
