Power Platform Developer

Confiz is seeking an enthusiastic, creative, Power Platform developer to join our high-performing team that is driving forward Fortune 500 retail and CPG companies using Power Platform.

The ideal candidate will establish and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, the program manager, and software architect to ensure the team's objectives are met. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing project plans, including defining scope, schedule, risks, deliverables, and resources.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects and managers to build design documents like Process Definition Documents, Solution Design Documents and Solution Blueprints.
• Develop and test Power Automate Desktop (RPA) and Cloud flows to automate business processes and integrate data sources.
• Create and maintain Power Apps solutions using canvas apps, model-driven apps, pages, and custom connectors.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, architects, and end users to ensure successful delivery and support of Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
• Follow best practices for flow and app development, security, performance, and governance.
• Monitor and understand the health of flows and solutions.
• Stay up to date on the latest updates to Power Platform, as well as future roadmap features announcements.

Education:

• A minimum of a BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another relevant field.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer certifications is a plus.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in IT.
• Hands on Experience with Power BI and Power Platform - most importantly Power Apps/Power Automate.
• Experience with SharePoint development is a plus.

Skills / Competencies:

• Desire/ability to learn and implement new low-code technologies in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
• Demonstrated experience with Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) and Power Automate (desktop and cloud).
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft technologies; M365/Dataverse (configuration and customizations), SharePoint Online, Teams.
• Hands on experience of Dataverse Power BI, Azure Function Apps and Azure Logic App PCF Components/Custom Connectors.
