About the Role:
We are seeking a Principal Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance Python-based systems and RESTful APIs. The role involves mentoring developers, leading complex projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions in an Industry 4.0 environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain Python applications and RESTful APIs.
Lead and mentor junior and senior developers.
Ensure code quality, performance, and security through reviews and best practices.
Take end-to-end ownership of features, from design to deployment.
Improve CI/CD pipelines, system architecture, and processes.
Requirements:
5–8 years of Python development experience (Django, Flask, FastAPI).
Strong backend, REST API, and PostgreSQL skills.
Experience in Linux, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
