Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer -Contract Management Specialist-Management Trainee
The person will be working with Complaint Handling and Field teams where the key responsibility will be to maintain the accuracy of the Installed base by verifying whether the serialized components are installed behind the correct System ID. He/she would be required to search the various databases or get in touch with the Field Engineers or Director of Services to get the correct information like GIB, eDHR, GLPROD.
Responsibilities
• Check/Review Customer Order entitlements at Point of Sale (POS) sales paperwork for the order value determined by GE, depending on needs.
• Using GE platforms extract new orders, and confirm the order paperwork in Sales Force
• Review all customers entitlement and service agreement
• Using FMV calculator check the correct amount for extended warranty
• Maintenance the manual journal tracker for Ext Warranty Value adjustment, reconciled with Finance on weekly basis to ensure Journal posted in a monthly basis
• Action/Assist with requests regarding issues at time of service request (SR)closure
• To assist in reviewing service requests that are pending and action as appropriate
• Review and Update the contract details and entitlements
• Maintain and share the inputs for contract invoicing with the invoicing team
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree/ High School Diploma
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• MS Office Experience
• Prior working knowledge of Oracle will be preferred
• Experience and Understanding of Invoice to Cash domain
Preferred qualifications
• Previous working experience in a similar kind of industry will be added advantage
• Ensure 100% adherence to SOP’s and compliance rules and regulation.
