Job Description

As a Product Associate, a key part of your role will involve conducting in-depth research to identify and validate problems within target markets. You'll consolidate this research into actionable insights and present them through well-structured knowledge slides, driving the decision-making process for product development. This role also provides an opportunity to develop and refine your startup idea under ScaleX’s expert guidance and mentorship, positioning this role as a pathway to becoming a founder with the skills and support to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

- Problem Identification and Validation

• Conduct in-depth research to identify pressing problems and validate their significance with target audiences.
• Use surveys, interviews, and market feedback to ensure problem relevance.

- Market Analysis and Competitive Research

• Perform comprehensive market research to validate product ideas and assess competitive landscapes.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to position ventures for success.

- Product Strategy Development

• Develop clear product strategies, defining key features, target markets, and the unique value proposition.
• Ensure alignment with market needs and potential scalability.

- Design and Prototyping

• Create user-centric designs and prototypes for Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
• Test and iterate on designs based on user feedback to optimize the experience.

- Networking and Ecosystem Building

• Build relationships with mentors, domain experts, and industry leaders to strengthen ScaleX’s network.
• Facilitate connections to drive partnerships and resources for startups.

- Entrepreneurial Growth

• Support founders in ideation, validation, and scaling of their ventures.
