The ideal candidate will play a critical role in enhancing the safety, performance, and cost-effectiveness of our aircraft fleet by analyzing failure data, predicting component life, and supporting maintenance optimization strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Weibull and life data analysis to model failure distributions and predict component reliability.
  • Analyze aircraft maintenance and operational data to identify trends, failure modes, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and OEMs to recommend design or procedural changes that improve reliability.
  • Generate reliability reports, dashboards, and KPIs for internal stakeholders and regulatory compliance.
  • Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Action processes for recurring or critical failures.
  • Utilize software tools such as ReliaSoft or Weibull++ for statistical modeling and data visualization.
  • Ensure compliance with aviation regulatory standards (e.g., FAA, EASA) and internal quality systems.
  • Participate in airworthiness reviews, audits, and safety assessments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in aircraft reliability engineering or maintenance analytics.
  • Proficiency in Weibull analysis and other life data analysis techniques.
  • Experience with aviation maintenance data systems (e.g., CAMP, AMOS, TRAX, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, maintenance programs, and reliability metrics (MTBF, MTBUR, etc.).
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., ReliaSoft, Python, R, Excel VBA).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data to technical and non-technical audiences.

Additional Requirements (not mandatory):

  • Certification in Reliability Engineering (CRE) or RCM methodologies.
  • Experience with prognostics and health management (PHM) systems.
  • Knowledge of fleet-wide reliability benchmarking and industry databases (e.g., ACARS, IATA).
