Inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate- .NET Full Stack Developer
We are seeking a Software Engineer with strong years of experience in .NET (C#) and SQL development and hands-on ReactJS development with good understanding of Microservices and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) architecture patterns. The role requires working independently on feature development, enhancements, and support of enterprise-scale CRM applications used by automobile dealers and OEMs.
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Automobile CRM applications
• Develop backend services and APIs using .NET / .NET Core
• Build and consume BFF (Backend for Frontend) services tailored for web applications
• Develop scalable and maintainable microservices
• Build responsive UI components using React, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Work with SQL Server or Postgres for database design, queries, optimization, and performance tuning
• Understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions
• Analyze customer leads, workflows, integrations, and CRM business processes
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues efficiently
• Collaborate with QA, Product, and Business teams for feature delivery
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Backend:
• Strong experience with C#, .NET Core / .NET 1+
• Extensive experience building RESTful Web APIs
• Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID, and design patterns
• Experience with ORM tools (Entity Framework, Dapper)
• Knowledge of authentication & authorization mechanisms
Frontend Secondary Skill:
• Hands-on experience with ReactJS
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS
• Experience with state management (Redux / Context API)
• Experience in consuming and handling REST APIs

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Knowledge on automobile CRM process.
• Knowledge of Classic ASP
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Experience with TDD (Test Driven Development)
• Knowledge of CI/CD process
• Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes
• Cloud experience with Azure
• Knowledge of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
