Job Summary: We are hiring an experienced Senior Data Analyst to lead data analysis initiatives, manage complex datasets, and mentor junior team members.
This role involves in-depth data analysis, strategic decision-making support, and advanced reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Design and develop advanced Power BI dashboards and SQL reports .
Lead the development of ETL pipelines using SSIS and manage Data Warehousing processes.
Conduct complex data analysis to support business strategy and decision-making.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security in all processes.
Mentor and guide junior analysts to build a high-performing data analytics team.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in data analytics and visualization.
Expert-level skills in Power BI , SQL , and Excel .
Strong experience with SSIS , Data Warehousing , and ETL pipelines .
Proven ability to work independently and deliver strategic insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Requirements Preferred Skills: Experience in predictive analytics or machine learning is a plus.
Advanced skills in Python or R for analytics.
