Job Summary


We are seeking a goal-focused and highly skilled Full Stack Developer with 5–7 years of experience in full-stack web development. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both frontend and backend technologies, particularly Java and Python-based backend systems. This role requires strong individual contribution and collaboration across teams, with a track record of delivering high-quality web applications.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain scalable web applications using modern technologies.
  • Build reusable, efficient code and libraries for future use.
  • Ensure technical feasibility and execution of UI/UX designs.
  • Optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
  • Validate user inputs and ensure high-quality code before integration with backend services.
  • Troubleshoot and debug existing applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA.

Required Skills & Qualifications


  • 5–7 years of experience in full-stack development.
  • Strong backend development experience using Java (Spring, Spring Boot) and Python.
  • Solid hands-on experience with frontend frameworks: React, Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with object-oriented design principles and web services.
  • Experience with version control and collaboration tools: Git, Stash, SourceTree, IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse.
  • Experience working with UI/UX teams to ensure seamless frontend integration.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • API Management & Integration with TMforum & Open source.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience with asynchronous request handling (AJAX) and partial page updates.
  • Familiarity with image editing tools like Photoshop or Gimp.
  • Ability to take complete ownership of modules or features.
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills.
