Senior Full‑Stack Engineer (Node.js + React)

We’re looking for a talented and passionate Node.js Developer to join our engineering team and help build high-quality, scalable, and elegant software solutions. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and value-driven environment, partnering closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver meaningful customer experiences.

If you enjoy solving complex problems, building modern backend services, and working with cutting-edge technologies in a transparent and non-hierarchical culture, this role is for you.

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience.

• Strong experience in Node.js and JavaScript with deep understanding of backend development.

• Proven experience building server-side components, APIs, and service-oriented architectures.

• Good understanding of UI frameworks such as ReactJS or AngularJS (good to have).

• Familiarity with front-end tools like React, Ember, Polymer, or jQuery is a plus.

• Passion for software craftsmanship, clean coding principles, and best practices.

• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.

• Product and customer-centric mindset.
• Strong object-oriented fundamentals and design patterns.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern developer tooling.
• Exposure to Big Data, Machine Learning, or NLP technologies.
• Experience building scalable systems in cloud environments.

• Create beautiful and intuitive software experiences using Node.js, JavaScript, and modern engineering practices.

• Build backend services and APIs using Node.js, designing for performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Contribute across the full development lifecycle using Lean, Agile, and design-thinking practices.

• Work on greenfield products built from scratch using modern tools, frameworks, and cloud technologies.

• Collaborate in an open, non-hierarchical environment with designers, engineers, and product teams.

• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements.

• Help mentor and grow the next generation of developers.
