YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and security practices to safeguard DHL employees, customers' shipments, and DHL assets and information against loss, damage, and incident.
  • Coordinate country security activities and ensure compliance of DHL staff and sub-contractors with security procedures, as specified in the Global Security Manual and Prohibited and Restricted Commodities Policy.
  • Retain processed and standards necessary for accreditations such as TAPA, FSR, ICAO, CAA, RA3 etc.
  • Conducting security audits, investigations, and risk analyses to address incidents and improve site security practices..
  • Building strong networks with industry security professionals, law enforcement, and internal stakeholders to ensure end-to-end shipment security.
  • Managing security case reporting systems, analyzing incident data, and recommending effective actions to mitigate risks.
  • Coordinating and delivering security training programs to foster awareness and compliance among staff and subcontractors.




YOUR PROFILE


  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent).
  • Prior experience in implementing processes and documentation for accreditations such as TAPA FSR, ICAO, CAA, RA3 etc.
  • Minimum 7-8 years' experience in security management, preferably in the logistics or airline sector.
  • Prior experience in dealing with public officials such as Police, Customs, ANF, etc is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills focusing on risk, management, and compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working under pressure and leading teams effectively.
