The PositionThe Opportunity

In this Senior Officer Distribution role, you will be an individual contributor reporting to the Customer Logistics Manager (CLM) and will be based in Karachi, Pakistan. This position is responsible to manage the distribution (outbound) function and supporting inbound logistics, ensuring compliance with company policies, government regulations, and SOPs. Oversee invoicing, inventory processes, customer coordination,receivable, and collaboration withinternal key stakeholders, 3PL, and SAP teams.


What You Will Be Working On
  • Oversee outbound distribution and support inbound logistics activities.
  • Coordinate with 3PL and customers for timely deliveries and receivables management.
  • Manage invoicing, inventory adjustments, FOC execution, and monthly closing tasks.
  • Prepare import data and arrange other required documents for tender submission.
  • Collaborate with QA for audits, cold chain compliance, and mock recalls; conduct inventory counts and reconciliation.
  • Handle SAP-related tasks, including customer master data and receivables.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, government regulations, and company policies.
  • Report incidents, complete training, and contribute to achieving SHE goals.
  • Deputize for the Assistant Manager Supply Chainin his absence.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation processes.
  • Support timely resolution ofany issues and escalate complex concerns to the CLM as necessary.
  • Own safety compliancerelated requirements(both medical safety and SHE), attend necessary training sessions, report safety incidents as per guidelines, and align actions with Roche's strategies and local safety requirements.
Who You Are
  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering; an MBA in Supply Chain is preferred.
  • You have around 4years of relevantdistribution experience with a total of 3 years of pharma industry exposure.
  • You possess hands-on experience with SAP or ERP systems, as well as proficiency in MS Office or Gsuite.
  • You demonstrate a strong understanding ofddistribution function.
  • You have a moderate knowledge of tenders processing, PPRA regulations, and the Drug Act of 1976 (DRAP)
  • You are a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proven ability to manage priorities under time pressure.
  • You embody customer-centricity, collaboration, accountability, adaptability, and a growth mindset.
