Senior React Engineer

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer (React) to join our growing engineering team and play a key role in building scalable, high-performance web applications for enterprise and cloud-based SaaS platforms. In this role, you will take ownership of complex frontend architectures, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and help shape technical standards that ensure maintainability, performance, and long-term scalability.

You will work on modern React ecosystems, contribute to design systems, optimize application performance, and mentor engineers through technical leadership and best practices. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex UI challenges, working in agile environments, and delivering polished, production-grade user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Core Development

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance React applications for enterprise-level clients
  
• Implement complex UI components with focus on reusability, maintainability, and performance optimization
  
• Architect frontend solutions for multi-tenant SaaS platforms and cloud-based applications
  
• Lead technical design discussions and code reviews to maintain code quality standards
  

Collaboration & Integration

• Work closely with backend developers (Node.js, .NET Core, NestJS) to implement robust APIs and integrate third-party services
  
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive components
  
• Partner with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization and deployment strategies
  
• Participate in agile ceremonies and communicate progress to stakeholders
  

Experience & Technical Skills

• Minimum 5 years of professional React development experience
  
• Expert-level knowledge of React hooks, state management (Redux, Context API, Zustand, etc.)
  
• Strong understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), async patterns, and functional programming
  
• Proficiency with TypeScript and ability to write strongly typed React applications
  
• Experience with Next.js or React frameworks for server-side rendering and optimization
  
• Solid grasp of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and CSS-in-JS solutions (Tailwind, Styled Components, etc.)
  

Architecture & Performance

• Experience with component architecture, design systems, and reusable component libraries
  
• Understanding of performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, code splitting, memorization, virtual scrolling)
  
• Knowledge of web APIs, browser optimization, and debugging tools
  
• Familiarity with micro-frontend architectures or module federation
