Role Overview
10Pearls is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java (Spring Boot, Micronaut), React/Angular, and AWS technologies. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy scalable backend services and responsive frontend applications. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, accessible, and performant solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring engineers, and ensuring adherence to best engineering practices.
Responsibilities
Design and develop end-to-end features across back-end services and front-end interfaces, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Implement robust RESTful APIs, GraphQL services and integrate them seamlessly with modern, responsive React or Angular frontends.
Take responsibility for the overall code quality of the projects, ensuring adherence to company engineering practices, such as CI/CD and secure coding.
Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to ensure the technical direction aligns with business goals.
Identify technical risks early in the project lifecycle and proactively work on mitigating them.
Embrace a consulting mindset by translating technical requirements into business solutions and proposing scalable, efficient approaches.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and mentees, fostering technical growth and sharing best practices.
Assist in the development and improvement of team processes and workflows to enhance productivity and code quality.
Stay updated on new technologies and trends to continuously improve technical skills.
Requirements
Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a strong command over backend and frontend technologies.
Backend: Strong proficiency in Java, particularly with Spring Boot and Micronaut frameworks for building scalable, high-performance APIs and microservices.
Frontend: Expertise in React or Angular with TypeScript, including building responsive, accessible UIs and implementing design systems for consistent user experiences.
API Development: Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL Services for data integration and communication.
Cloud & Serverless: Hands-on experience with AWS services, including Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and API Gateway.
Software Engineering: Strong understanding of design principles, clean code, testing methodologies, and CI/CD practices.
Performance & Quality: Ability to optimize application performance, ensure scalability, and maintain high code quality and readability.
Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with architects, designers, and cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
Problem-Solving: Demonstrated skill in delivering scalable, efficient, and secure solutions to complex technical challenges.
