We're looking for a seasoned Senior Software Engineer with a proven track record of building scalable, high-performance solutions. You'll be a key player in our integration team, focusing on the development of APIs , microservices and integrations that power client implementations and our products. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement robust, clean solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable backend services and integrations.
• Architect and implement data pipelines and integrations with internal and external systems.
• Collaborate with our data science and product teams to seamlessly integrate AI and machine learning models into our existing architecture.
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code with a strong focus on performance and reliability.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Proactively identify and solve complex technical challenges related to data flow, system performance, and AI model deployment.

Must Have Skills: 

• 4-5 years of hands-on experience as a backend or full stack developer with a strong foundation in a modern language like Python, Node.js, or Java.
• Genuinely enthusiastic about artificial intelligence and have experience or a strong desire to work with AI models, APIs, and frameworks.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and microservice architecture.
• Expert at designing,building and deploying robust, scalable systems.
• Experienced with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Expertise in deploying CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with PaaS in AWS/GCP/Azure/OCI.
• Solid communication skills and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
