Senior System Analyst

We are looking for a seasoned Senior System Analyst with a minimum of 4 years of experience to play a crucial role in our projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing clients and projects from conception to delivery. As a Senior System Analyst, you will be responsible for collaborating with clients to gather requirements, designing robust solutions, and coordinating with development and testing teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their business needs and document detailed requirements.
  
• Analyze and evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement or optimization.
  
• Design and propose innovative solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices.
  
• Work closely with development and testing teams to ensure accurate implementation of solutions and adherence to project timelines.
  
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, effectively communicating project status, risks, and dependencies.
  
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
  
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a system analyst role, preferably in a client-facing capacity.
  
• Proven expertise in requirements gathering, solution design, and project management.
  
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and SDLC principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  
• Proficiency in translating business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.
  
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management and collaboration platforms.
  
• Familiarity with relational databases, SQL queries, and data modeling concepts.
  
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
