Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated .NET Core Engineer with skills in Angular and exposure to cloud technologies - Microsoft Azure.
As a .NET Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing complex business logic in enterprise applications. Your role will involve extending existing applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of clients' technical problems to provide effective solutions.
This team also interacts with our other functions for design & delivery teams, software engineering teams, and platforms teams.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for .NET Core applications
- Diagnose and resolve software issues, bugs, and performance problems in a timely manner.
- Help develop new features by working together with other departments.
- Collaborate closely with the client's technical team to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Participate in regular client meetings to discuss ongoing support activities, project updates, and issue resolutions.
- Filter and resolve escalated issues within the support, acting as a main point of contact for other engineers to resolve issues beyond their skill set and knowledge.
- Drives Root Cause Analysis effort for critical incidents requiring actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Expected to complete work-related training and learning to obtain relevant Microsoft Certifications.
