The Adoption Program Management (APM) team is responsible for increasing usage and product adoption for FDI customers. This is achieved by understanding desired analytics business use cases, evangelizing best practices, and influencing customers on their analytics strategy to support organization-wide adoption of FDI and Oracle Analytics. APMs will work within a matrixed set of customer stakeholders, including IT & business leaders, partners, and Oracle teams such as Customer Success, Sales, Product Management, and solution architects (CEAL). 


As part of a newly formed Scale Team within APM, you will deliver impactful, scalable programs designed to support a broad portfolio of customers through a 1:many engagement model. This will be achieved by delivering limited-scope customer engagements, developing digital content and resources, and leading 1:many offerings such as webinars or office hours. Additionally, you will be expected to contribute to a growing organization by creating and delivering new content and playbooks.

  • Deliver scalable customer programs (limited-scope engagements, trainings, webinars, office hours, etc) using product and analytics guidance 
  • Design new programs and expand current offerings using data and qualitative feedback 
  • Collaborate with technical (Product, Solutions Engineering) and business (Sales, Customer Success) teams to drive user and product adoption
  • Contribute to the development of a new team’s playbook, adoption best practices, and content/enablement that covers complex technical concepts
  • Become a subject matter expert on Fusion Analytics, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and related analytics solutions

Qualifications


  • 3+ years of Customer Success Management experience or similar role in the tech industry (analytics & data highly preferred). Bachelor’s degree required. 
  • Prior experience in SaaS, Analytics and/or use of Analytics tools (eg Power BI, Tableau, OAC) required, including curiosity of technical concepts
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to operate independently and drive towards outcomes 
  • Experience collaborating and influencing senior leadership, including Product Management, Technical Support, and Software Engineering 
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP or HCM strongly preferred 
  • Fluency in additional languages beyond English a plus (French, German, etc)
