What is Stream Head Digital Products & Design?
A dynamic and experienced leader to take charge of Product Management and UX Design for our portfolio of cutting-edge digital applications in the SimCare, lifestyle, and social domains. This role requires a blend of product and technical acumen, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving to drive exceptional user experiences and achieve business goals through Product-Led Growth. The selected candidate will lead a team of product managers and UX designers, playing a pivotal role in shaping our digital product strategy.
Stream Head Digital Products and Design will champion a PLG approach, leveraging the product itself as the primary driver of acquisition, retention, and expansion. This involves designing features and experiences that create value for users, enabling organic growth and seamless onboarding.
The role will also oversee day-to-day operations and content management of our digital product portfolio, ensuring all in-app communication is relevant and current. Additional responsibilities include end-to-end user journey mapping, analyzing customer insights through data-driven analytics, and recommending improvements across all customer touchpoints within the apps. These initiatives will directly contribute to growth, customer engagement, monetization and overall business success.
What does Stream Head Digital Products & Design do?
· Drive the end-to-end digital product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring continuous improvement post-launch
· Define and align the product vision, strategy, and roadmap with business objectives and market needs
· Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team of digital product managers and a UX designer to deliver innovative and user-centric solutions
· Leverage design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to collaborate on intuitive and visually compelling user experiences
· Utilize advanced product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Firebase, Google Analytics) to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product success
· Design and implement A/B tests to identify efficient product journeys
· Collaborate closely with engineering teams to facilitate seamless agile development processes, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
· Analyze user behavior and consumption data from internal and external sources to inform product decisions and strategic improvements
· Oversee operational go-to-market activities, leveraging digital marketing techniques to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention
· Implement engagement tools and strategies to reduce churn, audit marketing campaigns, and evaluate performance for continuous optimization
· Monitor and act on customer feedback using business analytics to refine platform strategies and enhance the user experience
· Ensure thorough project reporting, including financial updates, for both internal and external stakeholders, maintaining transparency and accountability

Requirements

· A solid track record in digital product management and UX design
· Deep understanding of user behavior and customer needs in the digital landscape
· A strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively

· Data analysis and exploration including research
· Basic knowledge of technical architecture and APIs
· Strong Business Acumen
· Prior experience of launching zero-to-one products and scaling them to achieve significant user adoption and business impact.
· Excellent Storytelling and Presentation Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/computer science or a similar degree
· 8+ years of experience in the digital products industry
