The IT Network & Systems Administrator will manage the organization's complete IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and seamless operations. The role covers network administration, server management, virtualization, and internal IT support. The ideal candidate must be technically strong, proactive, and reliable in maintaining mission-critical systems.
Manage and support LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
Configure firewalls, switches, routers, and core network components.
Monitor network performance, uptime, and security.
Maintain updated network diagrams and configuration documentation.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows & Linux servers.
Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file servers.
Hands-on experience with VMware & Hyper-V virtualization.
Perform system monitoring, patching, updates, and preventive maintenance.
Manage virtualization platforms and backup/recovery tools.
Ensure high availability of critical services and applications.
Troubleshoot incidents, resolve system failures, and support IT operations.
Follow ITSM and internal change management processes.
Manage user access control and permissions.
Support antivirus, endpoint security, and data protection tools.
Enforce IT policies, standards, and compliance frameworks.
Strong expertise in Windows Server & Active Directory.
Deep understanding of networking protocols and enterprise networks.
Experience with firewalls, routing, switching, and VPN technologies.
Hands-on experience with VMware/Hyper-V and backup solutions.
Familiarity with monitoring tools and IT service management systems.
Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Preferred: Microsoft, Cisco (CCNA), or infrastructure-related certifications.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
3- 6+ years of experience in network/system administration roles.
Prior experience supporting internal corporate IT environments.
