The Role We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to balance quality, speed, and structure.
You’ll manage sourcing, shortlisting, and coordination for multiple roles across engineering, product, and creative functions across multiple geographies.
You’ll also build accountability with external recruitment partners, ensuring a consistent pipeline and great candidate experience.

What You’ll Do Own the Pipeline Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across multiple roles using our ATS Prioritize requisitions effectively based on business needs and hiring manager urgency Maintain structured, data-driven pipelines and clear documentation at every stage Drive Quality & Accountability Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and freelancers, ensuring timely delivery and quality benchmarks Proactively identify when we need better quality, more volume, or improved consistency and take action.
Share sourcing insights and talent market feedback with hiring managers & leadership Partner with Hiring Managers Collaborate closely with leads and directors to define role scopes, success profiles, and hiring priorities.
