Job Position: Visa Processing Officer
1. Receive and review visa applications for completeness and accuracy.2. Interact with applicants to gather necessary information and clarify discrepancies.3. Ensure visa applications meet eligibility criteria and legal requirements.4. Conduct background checks and verification procedures for applicants information.5. Provide timely responses to applicant inquiries about visa processes and requirements.6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and policies.7. Write and update submissions and sponsor declaration for visitor visas and relationship statements for partner visas.8. Maintain accurate and confidential records of visa applications.9. Collaborate with team members to improve visa processing procedures.10. Attend training sessions to enhance visa processing skills.11. Maintain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.12. Prioritize urgent visa applications and meet manager-set time limits.13. Helping the client to fill in their forms and send them for signature if needed.14. Manage various visa streams, including Student Visa SC 500 and SC 500 SE, Visitor Visa SC 600, Temporary Graduate Visa SC 485 and SC 485 SE, Partner Visas SC 309, 802.15. Apply for TRA JRPs and JREs as required.16.Peer review applications and provide advice.


Requirements
  •  Education: Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education)
  • Experience: 6 months – 1-year years of experience in visa processing or a related field
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of visa regulations and immigration laws for relevant countries
