Summary – basic function of the role


We’re seeking a fluent English-speaking Customer Service Representative, based in Zabierzów, Poland, to support our customers across the Benelux region. This role manages the full order-to-delivery process, ensuring accuracy, proactive communication, and outstanding service to OEM and distributor clients. It suits someone from an industrial or manufacturing background who enjoys autonomy, structure, and building trusted customer relationships. Working closely with colleagues in Germany and Poland within a collaborative regional team.


Salary & Compensation
  • Salary range: PLN 91,802 – 109,022 gross per year


  • Final offer will be based on skills, experience, and role alignment


  • Plus annual performance bonus and benefits package


Job Duties and Responsibilities


  • Serve as the main customer contact and oversee the entire order process.
  • Prepare, follow up on, and manage quotations.
  • Maintain SalesForce and coordinate with internal/external clients.
  • Manage and follow up on leads with the sales team.
  • Monitor order status, address customer complaints, and resolve credit issues with accounts.
  • Support the Customer Service Supervisor with reports and data.
  • Initiate local marketing efforts and organize customer activities.
  • Attend events to generate leads and set appointments.
  • Enforce safety rules and represent the company professionally.

Skills and Competencies


  • 3–5 years’ experience in a similar customer service or order management role; industrial/manufacturing background preferred.


  • Technical affinity is a plus.


  • Fluent in English (oral and written).


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both colleagues and customers.


  • Energetic, proactive, and professional.


  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; able to meet deadlines.


  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce experience advantageous)

Work Environment


Primary work environment is temperature-controlled office setting, but may also include typical warehouse environment on occasion, where following appropriate safety protocols at the location would be required. Employee will be exposed to low levels of noise in an office.
