Maintain up-to-date standard company documents (licenses, certifications, CVs, policies, etc).
Organize bid meetings, site visits, clarifications, and internal reviews.
Communicate bid requirements, deadlines, and updates to relevant stakeholders.
Liaise with clients or tender authorities on administrative matters with management approval.
Support post-submission activities, clarifications, and contract handover documentation.
Maintain bid libraries, templates, and historical records for future use.
Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of commercial and sensitive bid information.
