Banquet Supervisor

Job Description

We create memorable experiences for our guests, and we are looking for a Banquet Supervisor who is passionate about delivering excellent service. You should be organized, confident, and able to lead a team in a professional manner.

In this role, you will help ensure that all events and banquets run smoothly — from setup to service — while making sure guests feel welcome and well taken care of.

A Glimpse into Your Role as a Banquet Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise and support the banquet team during events

  
  

• Make sure all event setups are completed correctly and on time

  
  

• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service

  
  

• Brief the team before each event so everyone understands their duties

  
  

• Monitor service during events and quickly handle any guest requests or issues

  
  

• Ensure high service standards are maintained at all times

  
  

• Assist with upselling premium food and beverage options when appropriate

  
  

• Oversee event closing procedures and ensure everything is properly cleared and organized

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (or relevant hotel experience)

  
  

• At least 2 years of experience in banquet or food & beverage service in a hotel; supervisory experience is an advantage

  
  

• Good communication skills in English or other languages are a plus

  
  

• Good knowledge of banquet operations and service standards

  
  

• Strong leadership and teamwork skills

  
  

• Well organized, able to multitask, and pay attention to detail

  
  

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
