Your day-to-day:


  • The Chef de Partie’s mission is to take full responsibility for the food quality & presentation of the dishes and on-demand to assist other areas of the culinary operation
  • Supervise his kitchen section and cooperate with the other sections within the kitchen
  • Responsible for complying at all times with the standard quality requirements, stock management, and techniques
  • Responsible for the ordering and requesting of the ingredients on a daily basis
  • Work closely with the purchasing and receiving department during the receiving of all products
  • The Chef de Partie has to ensure that agreed quality, hygiene, and other standards are kept or surpassed at all times by himself and his subordinates.

  • Ensure that dishes are prepared and cooked in his section according to company standard recipes and specifications.

What we need from you:


  • A la carte and buffet , staff cafeteria experience is essential, demonstrating proficiency in preparing and presenting diverse cuisines to the highest standards.
  • Must have experience in Arabic Cuisine
  • Knowledge of HACCP principles and practices is advantageous.
  • Passion for culinary excellence, creativity, and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience in the same position is advantageous
