By giving clients the confidence to make the right decision at the right time, we empower businesses with the tools to drive strategic change. <strong>Role Overview</strong> We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Consultant specializing in Valuation to join our Deal Advisory team. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to provide comprehensive valuation services and financial due diligence support, contributing to the successful execution of mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and other corporate transactions. <strong>Primary Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities:</strong> •Conduct thorough financial analysis and valuation of businesses, assets, and liabilities using various methodologies such as discounted cash flow (DCF), market multiples, and precedent transactions. •Perform financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions, including quality of earningsanalysis, working capital assessments, and identification of potential financial risks and opportunities. •Develop detailed financial models to support valuation and due diligence engagements, ensuringaccuracy and reliability of data and assumptions. •Prepare clear, concise, and well-documented reports and presentations for clients, summarizingfindings and providing actionable recommendations. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, audit, and advisory professionals, to deliverintegrated solutions to clients. •Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in valuation and financial due diligence. <strong>Qualification and Experience</strong> • 3 - 6 years of relevant experience in management consulting and/or Deals consulting • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and valuation techniques. • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. • Willingness to travel as required to meet client needs • Certifications are a plus
