About the Role


We are looking for someone who can effectively support and manage remuneration and benefits (R&B) programs. Assist in researching and implementing competitive (R&B) programs and policies and oversees all design and administration. The candidate will be responsible for the administration of Remunerations department that consists of but not limited to:


  • Analyze and benchmark compensation trends and practices to ensure competitive positioning to attract and retain talent.
  • Manage international compensation structures based on assigned portfolio.
  • Participate in the Pay review approval process, SMA, Movement Forms and other salary-related processes
  • Accommodation/Vehicle requests for the outstations posted staff.
  • Review proposals for renewals or issue of Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Employee Benefits, etc. as per the approved terms and conditions. 

Key Responsibilities


  • Participate in the development of R&B policies and vision in order to contribute to the realization of objectives of the R&B field of organization.
  • Formulate and develop key R&B processes and procedures.
  • Execute internal and external benchmarks and analyze the results to define tactical proposals to support R & B decision making and recommend to management.
  • Monitor consistent implementation of remuneration decisions in line with the respective country/HQ R & B policies.
  • Advise management on R & B issues and international assignments.
  • Drive the annual remuneration pay review process.
  • Administer and verify accommodation/Vehicle requests for the outstation posted staff in accordance with the company guidelines.
  • Assist in defining/reviewing Salary Packages.
  • Participate in Salary Surveys
  • Problem resolution on any remuneration queries.
  • Implementation of plans to address remuneration inconsistencies.
  • Managing and compiling excel spreadsheets with data on pay and benefits.
  • Monitoring organization’s salary structure and benefits, balancing cost control with the need to attract and retain staff.
  • Act as a single point of contact with regards to remuneration issues for portfolio as assigned
  • Participate to implement compensation and benefit restructuring projects and survey at company.
  • Ad hoc projects.
  • Record Keeping.
Qualifications

About You


Qualifications


Essential


  • Relevant college or university qualification to min. Bachelor’s level or equivalent.
  • Qualification in Human Resources/Remuneration & Benefits/Business or related field of study.

Preferred


  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).

Previous Experience


Essential


  • Specialist - minimum 5 years of job-related experience required.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, proven problem-solving abilities experience essential.
